Screw Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Individual will operator Acme and Davenport screw machines. This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified machine operator to work with a great company that offers excellent benefits. A Day In The Life

• Responsible for operation of screw machines; including, loading bar stock, filling fluids, and removing chips from machine.
• Responsible for performing minor tooling adjustments, tool changes, and tool sharpening.
• Responsible for conformance with quality specifications.
• Ability to assist in training others on operation and setup of screw machines.

• Mechanically inclined - Individual needs to be good with tools and machinery and can adapt quickly to fixings things both familiar and unfamiliar.
• Perform standard math - Individual needs to able to perform standard math to effectively make machine adjustments.
• Reasoning ability - Ability to think, reflect, and make decision to overcome obstacles.
• Relevant work experience; maintenance, mechanic, automotive mechanic, or trade school completion
• Perform standard math - add, subtract, multiply, and divide
