Screw Machine Operator $18–$23/hr | Davenport Experience

Located in Mason, OH
$18.00–$23.00/hr | 1st SHIFT

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Screw Machine Operator to fill a 1st shift opening in Warren County.

Primary Responsibilities

Operate Davenport or similar multi-spindle screw machines
Load materials and monitor machine operations
Perform basic tool changes and adjustments
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools
Maintain production flow and quality standards
Keep machines and work areas clean and organized
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Required Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience required
Davenport screw machine experience preferred (training may be provided)
Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers
Strong attention to detail and quality
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation

$18–$23/hr + Monthly Bonus Program (Benefit Package Available)
