Laser Operator

Job Opportunity This position is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and adjusting the laser, as required. Responsibilities include: Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and adjusting the Amada laser, as required Working second shift hours (M-F 330p-2a) Figuring material used – work from list to check parts Marking parts properly Knowing various types of metal Driving a tow motor and operating a crane Additional items as assigned by manager Competency or position requirements: 3 – 5 years of experience using a laser (LVD experience) Previous experience running an Amada laser, turret punch or brake press preferred Demonstrated strong past attendance record Programming capabilities (Fanuc Controls) Ability to maintain, troubleshoot and adjust laser as required Ability to lift 50 pounds All Armor employees are also expected to demonstrate Armor's core values of being: Customer Focused Passionate about Work Solution Oriented Driven by Integrity Education and/or experience: High School diploma and/or GED The Armor Group
