Located in Mason, OH
Salary: $90-$120k/yr CNC Controls Engineer Location: Mason, OH Compensation: $90-120k/yr Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or 10+ years of experience building electrical controls for manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and machine documentation
- Experience with CNC programming, PLCs, ladder logic, and machine control systems
- Proficiency in 2D CAD (AutoCAD) with working knowledge of 3D CAD preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and computer systems
- Knowledge of Ethernet wiring, basic networking, and industrial communication systems
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Analyze, modify, and execute CNC machine controller programs/Windows applications/ CNC machines to support production needs
- Perform integration, maintenance, and repair of CNC systems, including Fanuc controllers
- Diagnose and maintain electronic systems such as PLCs, robotics, servo systems, and VFDs
- Define and support electronic control requirements for CNC and manufacturing equipment
- Collaborate with internal teams on equipment design involving electrical/electronic interfaces
- Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment and systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while supporting team goals and continuous improvement initiatives
