Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and maintain complete inventory accuracy across Kreassive’s operating locations. This role owns the operational control of inventory at the Torrance warehouse and the documentation, system discipline, and coordination required to keep inventory movements visible across 3PL, office, pop-up, B2B, and partner channels. The ideal candidate combines practical warehouse leadership with strong ERP discipline, exceptional follow-through, and the ability to establish a single, scalable inventory-management SOP. This role is critical to ensuring that every product movement is authorized, documented, recorded, and reconcilable. Job Title: Warehouse Manager FLSA Status: Exempt (Full-Time) Pay Range: $72,000 – $89,000 /year Key Responsibilities Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate, current inventory records for all operating locations in CA ERP Registration: Ensure all products stored at the Torrance warehouse are fully and accurately registered in the ERP system, including SKU, quantity, status, and location data. Inbound & Outbound Transactions: Conduct and document all inbound and outbound inventory transactions in a timely manner, ensuring physical movements and ERP records remain aligned. Warehouse Readiness: Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment that supports accurate picking, packing, staging, receiving, and product handling. Movement Tracking: Track and document all product transfers among 3PL, the Torrance warehouse, the Torrance office, pop-up locations, B2B customers, and business partners. Release Control: Ensure no product is released, transferred, delivered, returned, or removed without the required approval, supporting documentation, and corresponding ERP entry. Handoffs: Establish clear handoff procedures with Sales, Pop-up Operations, B2B, Finance, SCM, and external partners so inventory requests and product movements are fully traceable. Cycle Counts: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile results against ERP records; promptly investigate, document, and resolve discrepancies. Exception Escalation: Immediately **escalate** shortages, damaged products, inventory variances, unrecorded movements, expired or unsellable goods, and other operational risks to SCM leadership. Reporting: Provide regular inventory, movement, aging, and discrepancy reports with clear action items and status updates. Standardized SOP: Establish, maintain, and continuously improve one standardized inventory-management SOP applicable across all locations and distribution channels. Control Procedures: Define clear approval, documentation, receiving, transfer, delivery, return, and reconciliation procedures for inventory requests and product movements. Process Improvement: Identify recurring errors, bottlenecks, and control gaps; implement practical process improvements that improve inventory accuracy, speed, and accountability. Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse personnel and seasonal or temporary support as needed; set clear daily priorities and maintain high standards for accuracy and accountability. Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with SCM, Sales, Pop-up Operations, B2B, Finance, and external logistics providers to support timely fulfillment and reliable inventory visibility. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Experience: 3+ years of warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or fulfillment operations experience, including at least 1+ year of people leadership or lead-level responsibility. Systems Expertise: Demonstrated experience using ERP, WMS, inventory-management, or order-management systems; advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills strongly preferred. Operational Discipline: Strong experience with receiving, shipping, cycle counting, reconciliation, inventory documentation, and root-cause investigation. Experience coordinating inventory across warehouse, 3PL, retail/pop-up, and B2B fulfillment channels. Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean or Chinese is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
