Warehouse Manager\n\nTimpl has partnered with a leading 3PL logistics service provider offering\nintegrated solutions including air, ocean, and ground transportation,\nwarehousing & distribution, and customs clearance. And we are seeking a\nWarehouse Manager.\n\n\nAbout The Job\n\nThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall activities in\nthe warehouse. They will be responsible for communicating with various contacts,\nproviding support to meet deadlines, provide operations optimization and manage\ncapacity of the warehouses. Join us to improve the working experience for our\nemployees and play a key role in the growth of the company.\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n \n * Manage the entire warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, order\n processing - picking, labeling, packing, and cycle counting, etc.,\n responsible for the cost optimization, high level of operation performance,\n and safety.\n * Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, including the manpower\n productivity, and the warehouse space utilization, to achieve high level of\n customer satisfaction, by hiring the qualified workers, building up the KPI\n and goal for the supervisors and workers.\n * Responsible for warehouse capability building, including warehouse costs and\n manpower efficiency, timely receiving and shipping, assets safety, compliance\n with the related regulations, optimize the warehouse capacity to meet the\n fluctuating business volume without capacity idle or waste.\n * Responsible for establishing the workflow and SOP (standard operations\n procedure) and work instruction for each position.\n * Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general\n maintenance when necessary.\n * Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, evaluating, etc.\n * Perform other duties as assigned.\n \n \n\nQualifications:\n \n * Must be eligible to work in the US.\n * Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management is\n preferred, but not required.\n * At least 1-2 years of experience as a warehouse manager in at least 100,000\n SF warehouse, and 2-5 years of hands-on experience in receiving, picking,\n packing at a warehouse with pallet racking system and PDA.\n * Rich experience in B2C order processing and Amazon FBA transfer order\n processing. Experience in Amazon VC DF and PO order processing is desired.\n * Strong people skills, leadership skills, and ability to motivate the\n warehouse supervisors and local workers with diversified cultures.\n * Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy boxes or products.\n * Attention to detail, customer oriented and result oriented.\n * Dependable and reliable in reference to physical demands and abilities\n * Ability to meet timelines with dynamic fast paced environment.\n * Strong problem-solving skills, and data analytical skills\n * Ability to calculate and analyze KPI to identify areas of improvement.\n * Team player, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
