Good Samaritan University Hospital, a 537-bed teaching hospital and Level I Trauma Center, is seeking an Imaging Support Associate to join our Radiology team. Join a team dedicated to excellence and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients every day. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients throughout their imaging visit Schedule radiology appointments and answer phones Register patients, verify information, and collect copayments Maintain patient records and imaging reports within EPIC Support physicians, patients, and staff with imaging documentation and requests Perform general clerical and administrative duties Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong computer, communication, and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Healthcare office and EPIC experience preferred Salary Range USD $22.60 - USD $33.90 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
