This hybrid role offers $50,000–$55,000 annually. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Advocate Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer data in internal databases Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and communication Monitor and track customer interactions to ensure timely follow-up and resolution Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience Maintain organized records and ensure all information is up to date and accurate Qualifications of the Customer Experience Advocate 1+ year of customer service experience required Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Positive attitude and a proactive, problem-solving mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
