Key Responsibilities Draft, negotiate, and manage purchase and sale agreements, joint venture documents, and financing instruments. Conduct thorough due diligence and coordinate all aspects of deal closings. Partner with colleagues across practices to deliver integrated client service. Provide strategic advice to clients on commercial and legal risks. Maintain a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to every transaction. About You 3 to 5 years of real‑estate transactional experience at a top‑tier or well‑regarded firm. Strong academic background and J.D. from a nationally recognized law school. Admission to the Illinois Bar or eligibility to waive in. Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong business judgment, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
