Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst for a client of ours in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a temporary opportunity anticipated to last until April 2025 and will be able to work two days from home once trained. Responsibilities: Generate and share daily cash reports via Excel. Monitor and analyze daily cash positions to meet commitments and optimize short-term borrowing. Track daily cash transactions, resolve issues, and address unusual activities promptly. Record daily/monthly cash journal entries in ERP, including P-Card entries. Reconcile cash applications and disbursements, ensuring proper documentation. Validate and prepare wire transfers and ACH payments with necessary approvals. Reconcile monthly P-Card statements and assist with transaction coding. Maintain documentation for all bank activities. Monitor and report on bank fees and cash management expenses. Maintain and develop positive banking relationships. Desired Qualifications: Must have strong attention to detail, with the ability to balance accuracy with a sense of urgency. Proficiency in Excel is highly desired. Ideal candidates will have a mix of basic accounting/bookkeeping and treasury experience, with a preference for accounting expertise. A proven track record of identifying efficiencies and implementing process improvements is a strong plus. Tech-savvy individuals are preferred.
