Job Description Well established Bucks County equipment distributor is seeking an Accounting Manager to join the managerial team. Highly competitive compensation and benefits package. Responsibilities include: Prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll to Paychex Supervise the Accounts payable/receivable representative Manage cash balances and provide cash forecast report to President Manage the weekly processing of vendor bills, ensuring proper approvals and GL coding Manage weekly check run Maintain W-9 and COI's for vendors Month end and year-end close Work with outside CPA firm with the annual financials and tax filings Prepare and submit multi-state sales tax filings and state/federal filings Sales commissions and expense reports Requirements: BS Accounting 5 plus years relevant experience Strong attention to detail Proven ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels Highly organized self-starter Strong systems skills; Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience is a plus Sage or any ERP experience Ad hoc projects and duties #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
