Beltone Hearing Care Center in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) to join our trusted, patient-focused hearing care team. What You Will Do Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations in accordance with Wyoming licensing guidelines Recommend personalized hearing solutions based on patient needs, lifestyle, and goals Fit, program, and adjust hearing instruments for comfort and performance Provide follow-up care, counseling, and long-term patient support Perform in-office cleanings, troubleshooting, and minor repairs Educate patients and families on hearing health and device use Maintain accurate documentation and professional clinic standards Patient Care & Clinic Support Build long-term, trusted patient relationships rooted in empathy and education Deliver compassionate, supportive care that aligns with our “patient for life” philosophy Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical workflows Contribute to a positive, team-centered clinic environment What We’re Looking For Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser / Hearing Instrument Specialist Strong communication and counseling skills Professionalism and comfort working both independently and collaboratively A patient-first mindset with attention to detail A genuine passion for helping people stay connected through better hearing Benefits 401(k) with matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid life insurance Optional supplemental life & AD&D Critical illness & hospital indemnity Short-term & long-term disability Paid time off Employee discounts Work Location In-person – Laramie and Cheyenne, WY with availability to treat patients in Torrington, WY as needed.
