Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician with experience in industrial equipment and a strong mechanical aptitude. This role supports production by maintaining molding presses, performing mold changes, and assisting with machine operation as needed.

Job Duties:
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on molding presses
• Conduct mold changes efficiently and safely
• Support production by operating machines when required
• Pack finished parts and ensure quality standards are met
• Diagnose and repair issues related to hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills and Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must have personal basic hand tools
• Previous experience with molding equipment preferred
• A positive and willing to learn attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours throughout a shift
