Female Caregiver needed Monday through Friday 10am-3pm.

ASAP! Reliable and Responsible. 20-24 hours weekly.

Caregiver Qualifications & Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience .

• R egistered with the Guardian Registry .

• Must have a current, valid TB test .

• Must provide professional references that verify previous caregiving work experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable, dependable, and professional in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate in-home care, including personal care, medication management, and companionship.

- Foster a nurturing and supportive environment, promoting the comfort, independence, and dignity of our clients.

- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, enabling seniors to remain engaged and active in their communities.

- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering emotional support and companionship.

- Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans that address the specific needs and preferences of each client.

- Previous experience as an in-home caregiver or a genuine passion for providing compassionate care.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to caregiving.

- Knowledge and understanding of elderly care, senior care, and patient care principles.

- Reliability, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.

- Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the unique needs of each client.
