Tax ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our growing public accounting team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, reviewing complex tax returns, mentoring staff, and delivering high-quality tax planning and compliance services across a variety of industries.The ideal candidate will have strong technical tax knowledge, leadership experience, and a client-focused mindset.ResponsibilitiesReview complex individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax returnsManage multiple client engagements and deadlines simultaneouslyProvide tax planning and consulting services to clientsResearch and resolve federal and state tax issuesSupervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and seniorsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsAssist with business development and practice growth initiativesEnsure compliance with firm standards and tax regulationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldCPA license preferred or actively pursuing5+ years of public accounting tax experienceExperience reviewing 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S returnsStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience with tax software such as CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or similarAbility to manage multiple priorities during busy seasonPreferred Industry ExperienceConstruction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Nonprofit, or Professional ServicesBenefitsCompetitive compensation and bonus opportunitiesFlexible/hybrid work optionsGenerous PTO and paid holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with matchCPA support and professional development opportunitiesFor additional information on this opportunity, please contact Terrell McMoore directly at View phone number on click.appcast.io.
