Join Our Team as an Experienced Resident Assistant at Summit Pointe Senior Living!

We're looking for a caring and dedicated Experienced Resident Assistant to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional care. This position will be provided State training to pass Medications.

As an Experienced Resident Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, and dressing.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
• Helping maintain a clean and organized living environment.
• Supporting residents in following their care plans and routines.
• Collaborating with other team members to create a positive and nurturing atmosphere.

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled individual who meets the following qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Resident Assistant or in a similar caregiving role.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a caring demeanor, and the ability to work well in a team.
• Dedication: A commitment to providing high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with residents.
