Lawson-Fenning is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive both direct-to-consumer and trade sales. This role is responsible for developing new business, building lasting client relationships, and managing sales. As the primary point of contact for homeowners, interior designers, architects, and trade professionals, you'll provide exceptional customer service while overseeing every stage of the sales process. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has experience in luxury furnishings or the design industry. A passion for sales, customer service, and business development is essential.

Drive direct-to-consumer and trade sales while cultivating long-term client relationships.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship building.

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, providing exceptional customer service from inquiry through delivery and post-sale support.

Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including quoting, invoicing, order entry, billing, production follow-up, and issue resolution.

Qualify prospective clients and educate them on Lawson-Fenning's products, customization capabilities, lead times, and services.

Develop a thorough understanding of Lawson-Fenning's product assortment, materials, finishes, and customization process.

Provide thoughtful product recommendations and design guidance based on client needs, aesthetic, and budget.

Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding order status, and outstanding order details.

Collaborate closely with internal teams including production, logistics, customer service, and accounting to ensure seamless project execution.

Build and maintain expertise in textiles, finishes, construction methods, and product specifications.

Represent the Lawson-Fenning brand with professionalism.
