Ensure a clean and organized restaurant ready to deliver quality food and service. Provide training and support to Team Members. Maintain accurate records for planning increased sales and profits. Lead by example to maintain high service standards. Foster a positive and enthusiastic work environment. Manage operating expenses and drive sales growth. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in restaurant management. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Experience with kitchen and front-of-house operations. Strong leadership and communication skills.
