Responsibilities
Your Role as an RN Supervisor:
- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee daily nursing operations including staffing assignments patient assessments and care planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patients needs.
- Provide mentorship guidance and support to nursing staff fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing
Minimum of two years of nursing experience with supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership abilities excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality care
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus
