Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Role Overview: This is a per diem, hourly clinician position involving patient care across multiple locations, primarily in Boston. The role focuses on providing high-quality primary care through in-office and occasional telehealth visits, addressing a broad range of patient needs including acute, chronic, and wellness visits. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and deliver evidence-based primary care. Perform in-office procedures and utilize clinical training effectively. Collaborate with in-person and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles. Communicate effectively with diverse patient populations and adapt to varying clinical situations. Qualifications & Skills Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification. Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the past 5 years, or 1 year plus a fellowship or urgent care experience. Licensed in MA by the start date. Strong clinical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and adaptability. Passion for human-centered primary care and effective use of healthcare technology.
