Concierge

Owings Mills, Maryland, Concierge Medicine Physician OpeningOwings Mills, Maryland, is seeking a permanent Concierge Medicine Physician. This is a full-time position with weekdays only, offering a half-day of administrative time each week. The practice is 100% outpatient primary care, utilizing a concierge medicine model where patients pay a monthly membership fee in addition to their health insurance. The new physician position is being added due to demand, and the current practice is at patient capacity with an existing wait list. Additional patient care pod is available onsite for the incoming physician.The practice emphasizes relationship-based, personalized care. The physician will see either all ages or adults only, with a low patient volume of approximately 8-10 patients per day. The physician will also respond to patient portal messages and phone calls, with phone call coverage for their own patient panel four days per week. The physician will work alongside approximately 15 physicians, with a dedicated nurse and shared referral coordinator. Additional support is provided by marketing, sales, billing, HR, and IT teams.
