Omaha, Nebraska In‑Person Full‑Time About The Role As a Full‑Time Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first impression of Milan for prospective clients across the country. You’ll connect with warm, high‑intent leads—no cold calling—and guide them toward booking their first consultation. You’ll work across phone, text, email, and chat, building quick connections, creating excitement, and helping clients feel confident starting their hair‑free journey. This role is fast‑paced and metric‑driven, where your performance directly impacts your earnings. You’ll balance speed, accuracy, and exceptional service while delivering a standout client experience every time.
