We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions and administrative tasks in Warminster, PA. This is a contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, handling incoming inquiries, and keeping records accurate and organized. The role requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual with at least 1 year of experience who can balance service, data accuracy, and office support responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer calls courteously and provide timely assistance with questions or concerns.

• Enter customer and transaction information into internal systems with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.

• Manage cash drawer activities responsibly, including handling payments and maintaining balanced records.

• Organize and maintain paper documents so files remain accessible, current, and properly stored.

• Deliver courteous front-line support that helps create a positive experience for customers during each interaction.

• Track service-related details and update records to support smooth day-to-day operations.

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar support-focused role.
• Ability to handle inbound calls clearly, professionally, and efficiently.
• Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with cash drawers and processing transactions responsibly.
• Comfortable maintaining paper files and completing routine administrative tasks.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
