Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Loss Prevention Agent to join our team in Fontana, CA, 92336. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding our assets and ensuring a secure shopping environment for our customers and staff. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for preventing loss, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Monitor and patrol the facility to deter theft and ensure safety.
- Conduct thorough investigations of suspected theft incidents.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
- Maintain detailed reports of incidents and investigations.
- Train and educate staff on loss prevention techniques and policies.
- Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor activities within the store.
- Assist in developing and implementing loss prevention strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in criminal justice or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field preferred.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using surveillance technology and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
