Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Fontana, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will communicate clearly, report observations, and provide exceptional customer service while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, teamwork-driven, and integrity-focused values. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:30 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:30 PMFri11:00 PM - 07:30 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:30 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations according to established procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout distribution areas, loading docks, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location, verify authorized personnel and visitors as directed, and document relevant activities in daily reports. Maintain awareness of changing conditions in a logistics and distribution environment, including vehicle traffic, deliveries, and warehouse operations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
