Personal Injury Associate Attorney - Pre-Suit (299/c)

Successful and well-respected personal injury law firm based in West Palm Beach County Florida is looking for an attorney to join their team of dedicated personal injury attorneys.The firm prides itself in providing exceptional advocacy and representation to people throughout South Florida who have been hurt by the careless conduct of another person or entity. This is a PRE-SUIT position (not litigation).Ideal candidates will be able to manage case files from start to finish and will have excellent credentials plus a real passion for helping people.Qualified candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience as an attorney handling personal injury cases.This position is full time and onsite at the firm’s Boynton Beach, FL office. Responsibilities: Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information Handle personal injury case files from start to finish Represent the client at mediations Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system Review and modify demand letters, claims, memorandums, and other legal documents Finding ethical solutions to legal matters Covering PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath Otherwise handling case management from inception to completion Staying informed about any current legislation and case law Building trustworthy relationships with clients Marketing firm services in the community and as otherwise required Qualifications : Must have at least 3 years of experience as an attorney handling personal injury cases Must be a Florida licensed attorney in good standing with Florida Bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history Must have outstanding academic credentials Must be a self-starter, driven by long-term career goals Must have superior oral and written advocacy skills Must be team oriented Benefits: Salary and Bonuses Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off (PTO) Paid holiday time Annual review #J-18808-Ljbffr Denovo Review
