Part Time ReceptionistWe are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle schedule flexibility. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering dealership group phones, greeting customers, and assisting the sales department.ResponsibilitiesAnswer dealership group phonesGreet and receive prospects and customersDirect customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salespersonWork cooperatively with the sales teamCommunicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient mannerType memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentsAssist in scheduling and confirming sales appointmentsQualificationsAvailable weekends and eveningsExcellent communication skillsProfessional presentationPunctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibilityA clean driving record & valid driver’s licenseA professional appearanceAbout UsEuromotors Auto Group has been in the automotive industry for 60+ years.
