Proven knowledge of the Lockheed Martin organizational structure, including Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control, and Industrial Engineering. Strong communicator with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information across various levels of the organization. Highly effective at managing time, prioritizing tasks, and handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Skilled in building and leveraging professional networks to drive collaborative solutions that align with organizational objectives. Expert-level proficiency with key manufacturing systems, including QADS, SFM, SVMS, NFS, and Tableau. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
