I studied Business Management and Economics at Prairie View A&M University, where I also played baseball, and later earned my Master’s degree from Texas A&M University. I’ve been married for nearly seven years, and we have one son and a dog. I stay actively involved in the community through the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Role Description As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jeffrey Sealy - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
