ABOUT OUR AGENCY

When I opened my agency in 2020, I wanted to create the kind of workplace I would have wanted to be part of-one where relationships come first, people are supported, and everyone has the opportunity to grow. Before becoming an agent, I spent several years with State Farm, including serving as an Agent Coach, where I had the opportunity to help other agents and team members succeed. That experience continues to shape how I lead my team today.

I'm a Texas native who grew up in Lufkin and graduated from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Outside of the office, I enjoy giving back to the community by organizing our annual Back to School Bash, volunteering at local events, and officiating youth football games.

Our office works hard, celebrates wins together, and genuinely enjoys supporting one another. I want my team to feel challenged, encouraged, and confident they're building a career not just working a job.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ray Givens - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, you'll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. You'll have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the agency's success. We are excited to meet driven, sales-focused candidates who are eager to grow within our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
