Matt Poston State Farm Insurance is searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our products representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Comfortable communicating with clients via email, phone, and text.

Qualifications include sales experience preferred, proactive and solutions-based mindset, ability to effectively relate to a customer to sale needs-based insurance products, property & casualty license acquired within 30 days of employment, and life & health casualty license acquired within 60 days of employment.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
