Family Case Planner & Child Welfare Advocate
Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services
The Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services seeks a Case Planner to work with families in evidence-based or non-evidenced-based programs. You will assess safety, provide counseling, advocate for services, and coordinate concrete supports to stabilize environments and improve family well‑being. You will collaborate with schools, medical and mental health providers, CPS, and community partners, documenting progress and referrals in agency systems.
