Supply Chain ManagerAs our Supply Chain Manager, you'll be the go-to leader for solving problems, removing roadblocks, and ensuring suppliers deliver on time. This role is about more than managing processes—it's about jumping in when issues arise, driving solutions, and keeping production moving. Working closely with suppliers worldwide, you'll play a critical role in delivering affordable, high-quality parts that meet the dynamic needs of our customers. You'll not only fight today's fires but also drive long-term process improvements that strengthen supply chain performance and enhance profitability. FULLY ON SITE CORE HOURS 7am-5pm (8hrs/day.40hrs/wk+OT)Qualifications We PreferMaster's degree in business or technical field preferredMeaningful experience working with suppliersProject management and/or process improvement/Lean experienceCustomer Service mindset and strong follow up skillsDelivery assurance experienceExperience organizing initiatives and processesStrong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with a variety of commodities is ideal results and ability to build relations with various partnersAerospace experience
