Help Wanted: Bookkeeper (Part-Time to Full-Time) – Bookkeeping Firm

Our growing accounting firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple accounts, and is committed to delivering accurate and timely financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations for multiple client accounts
• Process and manage payroll across several clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks for a variety of businesses
• Handle accounts payable and receivable for assigned clients
• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation
• Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure all financial data is organized, up-to-date, and audit-ready

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks
• Experience working with multiple clients or in an accounting firm environment preferred
• Strong background in bank reconciliations and payroll processing
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines across several accounts
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
