Overview Join to apply for the Payroll Clerk role at PEG Staffing & Recruiting . Base pay range $40,000.00/yr - $48,000.00/yr PEG Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with an anon-profit client to hire a Payroll Clerk . This is a great opportunity to use your payroll skills in a mission-driven organization while working with a supportive team. What You’ll Do Process and maintain payroll for multiple pay groups (time worked, bonuses, deductions, etc.) Review payroll data, reconcile checks, and handle ADP invoice credits Issue/reissue checks or direct deposits as needed Respond to employee and supervisor payroll questions Assist with administrative payroll tasks What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of payroll experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and handle sensitive information Experience with ADP is a plus If you’re a detail-oriented professional with an interest in payroll and want to make an impact in a non-profit setting, apply now at PEGstaff.com!
