We are in immediate need of skilled and experienced HVAC Technicians to install and maintain a mini-split (ductless) system for a residential construction project. General knowledge of related skills such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and experience with conventional heating and cooling systems, fire and CO2 alarm systems including sprinkler are a plus.
Successful candidate(s) may serve as lead; performs broad and/or focused assignments under General Contractor supervision. Duties and Responsibilities:Install, troubleshoot, and repair VRF and mini-split HVAC systems
place, mount, and connect ductless indoor and outdoor units, run refrigerant lines, and perform testing Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician specializing in ductless systems
Proficient in using various hand and power tools
Knowledge of construction and maintenance methods, materials, techniques and safety protocols
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time, including lifting and carrying items up to 75 lbs, bending, stooping, and climbing ladders
