Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Nash, TX. This individual will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage staff, and handle a wide range of accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing both people and processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and supervise office staff
• Maintain accurate records using accounting software similar to QuickBooks
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Handle collections, liens, sales tax filings, payroll, unemployment, and withholdings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
• Collaborate with leadership to streamline office systems and improve efficiency
• Provide support to field and project teams as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional office environment

Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
• Prior experience in AP, AR, payroll, and tax filings
• Strong knowledge of collections, liens, and compliance requirements
• Experience managing and leading office staff
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Construction office experience strongly preferred
• Ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work independently
