Plumbing Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to lead residential and commercial plumbing projects from planning through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed plumber who is ready to take on a leadership role or an experienced project manager looking to join a stable and growing organization.

Location: Near Sioux Falls, SD

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Occasional overtime based on project requirements

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage residential and commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.
Coordinate project schedules, field crews, and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes.
Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
Manage materials, labor, and overall job site operations.
Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Mentor and support apprentices and journeymen.
Resolve project issues and maintain high-quality workmanship throughout each project.

Qualifications

Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience .
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership, foreman, or project management role.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, construction practices, and plumbing codes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
