Floor Process Improvement Technician
Pacer Group
Pacer Group is seeking a technically minded Technician to support production on the manufacturing floor. You will own process documentation, address line issues, and coordinate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems with urgency. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting and a proactive approach to process improvements.
