What We’re Looking For:
Strong automotive sales experience.
Customer service focused with a professional attitude.
Someone who lives in the CRM and understands follow-up.
Ability to coach, train, and motivate a sales team.
High energy with leadership potential.
Strong communication and closing skills.
Organized, accountable, and process-driven.
Hungry to grow personally and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Help manage and develop the sales team.
Train sales staff on lead handling, appointments, and follow-up.
Work internet and phone leads alongside the team.
Improve CRM activity and customer communication.
Help desk deals and maximize opportunities.
Build strong relationships with customers and employees.
Create a winning culture focused on performance and customer satisfaction.
