Make a meaningful impact in local schools as a Physical Therapist, using your specialized expertise to support students’ mobility, independence, and educational success. This contract position is conveniently located near Morton, PA, with assignments in both Aston and Broomall. Hours range from 4 to 5 days per week, offering full-time or part-time flexibility based on your schedule and preference.

You will have the unique opportunity to serve two dynamic caseloads: Early Intervention (full-time, classroom-based in Aston) and School Age (4 days/week, Low Incidence program at Marple Education Center in Broomall). Collaborate with educators and families to design and deliver individualized therapeutic interventions, helping each student reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Familiarity with early intervention and/or low incidence populations
• Strong skills in assessment, IEP documentation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Adaptable, compassionate, and dedicated to student-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and deliver physical therapy services to students ages 3-21
• Develop and implement IEP-driven therapy plans and interventions
• Consult with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
• Support classroom staff and families with training and resources
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
• Travel as needed between Aston and Broomall locations
