Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania
• Experience working with pediatric or school-based caseloads
• Familiarity with early intervention and/or emotional support populations is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Commitment to individualized, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, focusing on both early intervention (full-time, community-based) and school-age populations (3 days/week with emotional support students)
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance functional skills and participation in educational settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and progress toward student goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each student, adhering to required protocols
• Foster a positive and supportive therapeutic environment that encourages student growth and participation
