Employment & Labor AttorneySeeking a Employment & Labor Attorney with civil litigation experience, strong employment law, compliance, investigation, dispute, and research/writing skills, admitted in New Jersey and/or New York.We are seeking an experienced Employment & Labor Law Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join a growing legal team in Madison, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have experience handling employment and labor matters, civil litigation, compliance, investigations, and employment-related disputes, along with strong research, writing, and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:Provide legal advice on employment and labor law matters, including hiring, discrimination, harassment, employee benefits, terminations, and compliance.Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, policies, procedures, and related documents.Advise clients regarding internal investigations, employee complaints, and disciplinary actions.Counsel clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Assist with all phases of employment litigation, including case assessment, strategy, discovery, and dispute resolution.Represent clients in administrative proceedings and arbitrations.Conduct legal research and provide practical guidance on employment and labor issues.Develop and support employment compliance and training programs.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and mitigate employment-related risks.Manage multiple matters while maintaining strong client communication and high-quality work product.Qualifications:3-6 years of legal experience.Experience in employment and labor law and/or civil litigation.Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Experience handling employment-related disputes and litigation preferred.Strong understanding of employment compliance and workplace regulations.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and clients.Strong work ethic, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.New Jersey and/or New York Bar admission required.Pennsylvania Bar admission is a plus.
