Litigation Attorney

We are a minority-owned firm with decades of combined expertise, leaders in education, litigation, labor, employment, public and private sector, and healthcare law advocacy. About the Role We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience, including from case inception through discovery and trial. Responsibilities Manage all phases of litigation from inception to trial. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Prepare and present cases in court including motions, hearings, conferences, and trial. Advise clients on legal rights and obligations. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in New Jersey. Required Skills Strong legal research and writing skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in legal research tools and case management software. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience in specific areas of law including but not limited to litigation, labor, employment, public and private sector, healthcare and education.
