DRAM Metrology Process Engineer - Innovate & Optimize

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho seeks a Sr Engineer in Metrology for DRAM to start up, develop, and optimize metrology processes used in semiconductor flows for future memory products.

You will collaborate with vendors, optimize measurements, and support process transfers to production fabs. Candidates should have hands-on metrology experience (XPS/XRF/XRD, SIMS, AFM/WLI), strong data analysis, and proficient in Python and MS Office; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
