Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Richmond, Virginia.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient-only Family Medicine role caring for patients across the lifespan
• Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care
• Supported by full administrative team structure
• No nights, no weekends, and no inpatient responsibilities referenced
• Stable weekday schedule within established outpatient primary care setting

SCHEDULE

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary up to $220,000 annually
• Student loan repayment up to $50,000
• Health insurance with 80% employer-paid premium
• Dental and vision insurance
• 401(k) with 3% employer match
• 15 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays
• CME reimbursement: $1,500 plus 5 CME days
• Life insurance
• $2,500 relocation allowance

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide outpatient Family Medicine care for patients of all ages
• Manage preventive visits, chronic disease care, and acute primary care needs
• Maintain continuity of care within outpatient panel-based setting
• Collaborate with administrative and support teams to coordinate patient care
• Complete clinical documentation within outpatient practice environment

Requirements

• Board Certified Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
• Active Virginia medical license REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED
• Strong outpatient primary care experience or training REQUIRED
• Collaborative and patient-focused clinical approach REQUIRED
• New graduates welcome
