Senior FP&A Analyst

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will support financial planning and analysis for a newly public company, focusing on budget vs. actual reporting, variance analysis, and maintaining financial models in Datarails and NetSuite while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain budget vs. actual reporting to ensure visibility into financial performance across business lines Support annual budget and rolling forecast cycles, maintaining operating expense and headcount models Maintain FP&A workflows to an audit-ready standard, improving reporting processes through automation Required Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Accounting, with public company experience preferred Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills, including structured modeling and complex formulas Strong foundational understanding of financial statements and US GAAP; CPA or active CPA track is highly valued High level of precision in managing financial data on a public reporting calendar Comfortable working in a small, high-ownership team environment
