What You’ll Do

Be at the heart of warehouse operations, keeping materials moving and business running smoothly:

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts and material handling equipment
• Load/unload trucks and move inventory efficiently
• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality
• Pick and prepare orders using RF scanners
• Pack, palletize, and stage outgoing shipments
• Track inventory in real time and maintain accurate records
• Support shipping & receiving operations (labeling, documentation)
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with your team to hit daily production goals

What We’re Looking For

We want dependable, skilled operators who are ready to jump in:

• ✅ 1+ year of recent forklift experience (required)
• ✅ Valid forklift certification
• ✅ Experience with sit-down forklifts in a warehouse
• ✅ Knowledge of picking, packing, and material handling
• ✅ Comfortable using RF scanners & inventory systems
• ✅ Strong attention to detail and safety
• ✅ Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• ✅ Ability to lift and move heavy materials

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!)

• Experience with pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
• Experience in shipping & receiving
• Strong reliability and work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sellersburg, IN.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.25/hr.
