We manage facility maintenance across offices, medical facilities, schools, and industrial properties that require reliable HVAC service, maintenance, and repair to maintain safe and comfortable environments. This is an opportunity to access consistent, qualified service calls and maintenance programs without the need to prospect, bid blindly, or chase payments. Scope of Work The selected contractor will provide commercial HVAC services, including: Preventative maintenance (PM programs) Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs Filter changes and system inspections Rooftop unit (RTU) service and maintenance Split systems, package units, and ventilation systems Thermostat and control checks Emergency service response (as needed) Work may include: Recurring maintenance schedules (quarterly, semi-annual, annual) Service calls across multiple commercial locations Coordination with facility managers and City Wide team Documentation of findings, repairs, and recommendations Expectations You will be expected to deliver accurate diagnostics, reliable service, and professional execution.
