WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT Your doctoral training gives you something rare: the diagnostic depth, complex case conceptualization skills, and clinical authority to elevate the quality of care across the entire team. You will bring that to our team, to our intake process, and to the clinical conversations that shape how we work. You will carry a smaller therapy caseload than our master's-level clinicians, with additional scope in intake assessments and treatment plan reviews and oversight — work that draws directly on your doctoral expertise. Within that caseload, you will also serve as the incident-to provider for Medicare clients, a population of disabled adults and geriatric patients who depend on consistent, high-quality access to care. You'll conduct the intake assessments and treatment plan reviews for these clients and be the psychologist of record available for their care (in person or by phone), ensuring our Medicare clients receive the oversight and continuity they deserve. You will join a team of clinicians committed to collective learning, shared standards, and ongoing evolution, and you will be such a valuable voice in that room. What You'll Own A full-time clinical caseload (with a caseload you choose what works for you), staying present, grounded, and clinically sharp. This includes psychotherapy sessions, intake assessments, and treatment plan reviews. Requirements Active California licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) — required 0–2 years post-licensure Deep grounding in trauma-informed, whole-person clinical practice Strong diagnostic skills: complex differential diagnosis, DSM-5 expertise, and medical necessity documentation Training and/or certification in evidence-based practices Strong documentation standards Comfort and experience working with disabled adults and geriatric populations This is a hybrid, full-time position, with at least 1 day a week from our Sherman Oaks and/or West LA office at least 1x/week Compensation We believe in transparency and in honoring exactly where you are. Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD/PhD): Base salary $101,000–$141,680 , based on caseload. Your scope includes psychotherapy sessions, intake assessments, and treatment plan reviews. This is a full, meaningful, and complete role. Onboarding & Training Pay: We invest in your success from day one. During training and onboarding, hours are compensated based on the type of work: Clinical hours (psychotherapy sessions, intakes, treatment plan reviews): $80/hour Admin hours (shadowing, trainings, meetings): $30/hour Clinical Supervisor path (after 2 years post-licensure): For those called to mentoring associate clinicians, a Clinical Supervisor career path exists with a different scope, different compensation, and something we can build together when the time is right.
